Purpose:

Verifying and receiving equipment deliveries into the computer system

Responsibilities:

  • Receive delivery paperwork by email, review for accuracy and completeness, and post the receipt into the system
  • Works with the branch managers and branch personnel to develop and maintain an efficient equipment delivery process
  • Communicates as necessary to address and resolve missing documents and verify purchase price
  • Archives completed receiving documents for historical retrieval.
  • Produces receiving and other required reports.
  • Assists other co-workers with related tasks as necessary

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understands inventory receiving and basic mathematical fundamentals. Equipment industry would be preferred, but will train.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and computerized billing and inventory systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • This is an office based position with Monday through Friday hours. Some extended hours may occur at busy times.
