What should I expect?:
  • The opportunity to purchase a tractor, lawn mower, commercial equipment, hay equipment, and utility vehicles without leaving your home!
  • Experienced salespeople who understand the industry and will be able to answer any questions you have and provide you with detailed pricing options.
  • Prompt response from a Sales Representative in the Internet Sales Department, who will be your single point of contact throughout the purchase process.
  • All documents can be signed electronically to make the buying process as smooth as possible.
I’m not sure what type of equipment I need:
  • That’s ok, we can help there too. We may ask you a few questions about your property and what you are looking to accomplish. We can help by providing recommendations on the best equipment and implements to fit your needs.
  • We have multiple package options that we can customize to your budgetary needs.
  • Once you decide on your package, we will ensure equipment is properly set up and prepared to meet your expectations.
Receiving your equipment:
Delivery -
  • We will schedule delivery to your property.
  • Our delivery driver will provide a basic overview of the equipment.
  • Our experienced sales staff can walk you through safe operation over the phone or other technology options (Ex: Facetime).
  • We can provide education videos that provide additional help learning the operation of the equipment.
  • An appointment can also be scheduled to come to the store and meet with an in-store representative to go over a like-piece of equipment.
In-Store pick up -
  • Your sales representative will schedule an appointment with you and your local store.
  • When arriving at the store, you’ll ask for the in-store representative.
  • We will collect any final documents or down payment.
  • We will introduce you to our Store Manager, Parts Department and Service Manager.
  • And finally, we’ll do a walk around of the equipment and answer any operational questions.
I don’t have a trailer or means to get the equipment home:
  • That’s not a problem, we can setup delivery to your property.
  • Or, we have many trailer options included in our packages that will help you haul your new equipment home. Trailers can be included with APR financing and include straps and chains to secure your equipment.
